Este aviso legal regula el acceso y uso del sitio web hoopstage.com (en adelante, «el sitio»), que ofrece información sobre los servicios de HoopStage. El acceso al sitio es gratuito e implica la aceptación de las condiciones recogidas en este aviso.

El usuario se compromete a utilizar el sitio de forma lícita y a no realizar acciones que puedan dañar, inutilizar o sobrecargar el sitio, o impedir su normal utilización. El titular podrá suspender temporalmente el acceso por motivos de mantenimiento o seguridad.

HoopStage produce material audiovisual y de scouting de calidad profesional para mejorar la exposición del jugador. HoopStage no garantiza en ningún caso la obtención de una beca, una prueba, un fichaje o un resultado deportivo concreto, que dependen de factores ajenos a nuestro servicio. Los precios indicados en el sitio son orientativos y se confirman en cada presupuesto.

5. Propiedad intelectual e industrial

La marca «HoopStage», el logotipo, los textos, el diseño y demás elementos del sitio son titularidad de HoopStage o se usan con autorización, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial. No se permite su reproducción, distribución o transformación sin autorización expresa.

Respecto al material (vídeos, imágenes, datos) que el usuario envía para la elaboración de su reel o perfil: el usuario declara ser titular de los derechos o contar con las autorizaciones necesarias sobre dicho material y las cesiones de imagen que contenga, y autoriza a HoopStage a tratarlo con la única finalidad de prestar el servicio contratado. La difusión pública del material como muestra del trabajo requiere el consentimiento expreso previsto en la Política de privacidad.

6. Responsabilidad

El titular no se responsabiliza de los daños derivados de un uso indebido del sitio ni de la indisponibilidad temporal por causas técnicas. El sitio puede contener enlaces a webs de terceros (redes sociales, plataformas de vídeo); el titular no controla ni se responsabiliza de sus contenidos ni de sus políticas.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website hoopstage.com (the "site"), which provides information about HoopStage's services. Access to the site is free and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this notice.

4. Services and expectations

HoopStage produces professional-quality audiovisual and scouting material to improve a player's exposure. HoopStage does not in any case guarantee obtaining a scholarship, a tryout, a signing or any specific sporting outcome, which depend on factors outside our service. Prices shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed in each quote.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The "HoopStage" brand, logo, texts, design and other elements of the site are owned by HoopStage or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is not permitted.

Regarding the material (videos, images, data) the user submits for the production of their reel or profile: the user declares that they own the rights or hold the necessary authorisations over such material and the image rights it contains, and authorises HoopStage to process it for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service. Public use of the material as a work sample requires the express consent set out in the Privacy policy.

6. Liability

The owner is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the site or from temporary unavailability due to technical causes. The site may contain links to third-party websites (social networks, video platforms); the owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies.
